A few days ago, we closed our general Call for Speakers for the 10th edition of FINNOSUMMIT. But today, we want to launch a very special invitation. If we recently shared the evolution of DisruptHer, today we want to call on all the women leaders who will turn DisruptHer into a true hub for ideas, collaboration, and strategic alliances.
In 2025, we made history by increasing female participation at FINNOSUMMIT by 68%. It was an incredible milestone, but in 2026 our mission evolves: we are no longer focused only on measuring how many women are in the room — we want to demonstrate how much we can transform business and society.
For the 10th edition of FINNOSUMMIT, women leaders from the financial industry, Retail, Logistics, and Healthcare will not simply take a seat in the audience; we want them to actively help shape the technical and strategic agenda of DisruptHer.
To make this happen together, we are opening this space to leaders who are already transforming their industries from within. We are not looking for the typical format where one expert speaks and everyone else listens. We want you to propose co-creation sessions and strategic discussions that can turn DisruptHer into a real engine for partnerships and action.
We want to go beyond the traditional one-way panel. We are looking for working dynamics, deep conversations, and hands-on formats where we roll up our sleeves to design solutions together and explore collaborations that truly create value.
What kind of proposals are we looking for at DisruptHer 2026?
Debates for The “Uncomfortable” Room
We are looking for talk proposals that openly address the unspoken challenges within the ecosystem: mental health at the C-level, motherhood and career growth, the tech pay gap, or imposter syndrome in the real economy.
Workshops
Propose co-creation dynamics and challenge-solving sessions for smaller groups. For example: technical workshops on how to design financial inclusion into Retail or Healthcare products.
New Formats for Capital & Partnerships
Do you have an idea for a VC Reverse Pitch or a format that directly connects the agility of Fintech founders with the expertise of executives from traditional industries? Or perhaps a networking dynamic? We want to hear it.
Strategic & High-Impact Mentorships
We are looking for mentorship session proposals that go beyond one-way guidance and instead focus on peer coaching or Reverse Mentoring. We seek formats where experienced leaders from Retail, Logistics, or Healthcare mentor Fintech founders — or vice versa — fostering partnerships and the exchange of practical knowledge around scalability and impact in the real economy.
Wellness & Balance Activations
We know that leading transformation requires energy and resilience. That is why we are looking for proposals for wellness initiatives, relaxation spaces, and active breaks designed to balance body, mind, and business amid the intensity of the two-day event.
DisruptHer will act as a bridge connecting women leaders across the industries redesigning the future economy. We want your initiative, disruptive format, technical vision, or wellness experience to become part of the DisruptHer agenda — and potentially also part of The Beacon or any of the other stages within the FINNOSUMMIT 2026 Insights Hub.
