  • The Who’s Who on The Beacon Stage at FINNOSUMMIT 2026

Beneath the surface of our economy, a new operating system driven by artificial intelligence, embedded finance, digital trust, and cross-border cybersecurity is consolidating. At FINNOSUMMIT 2026, The Beacon stage, within our new Insights Hub, stands as the conceptual lighthouse where the true global architects of this transformation will reveal the technical and strategic blueprints to lead the next decade in Latin America.

Discover the referents heading the agenda of this tenth edition of FINNOSUMMIT and the strategic value of the DisruptHer space.

1. Invisible Infrastructure and Technological Revolution Samrah Kazmi (Chief Innovation Officer at RESRG & Professor at NYU): While many executives make the mistake of viewing Artificial Intelligence as just another tech project, Samrah Kazmi comes to FINNOSUMMIT to prove that we are facing a complete restructuring of the business model. With three decades of experience bridging Wall Street—leading the integration of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and flagship projects like Hubble at General Electric—with high-level government consulting and academia at NYU, Kazmi challenges the complacent view that Latin America only imitates more mature markets.

  • Her Keynote: “The Invisible Infrastructure Driving Latin America’s New Operating System” will reveal how the dissolution of sector borders forces retailers, logistics, and healthcare networks to become intelligent transactional platforms.

2. The Real Economy: Retail, Embedded Finance, and Governance Kelly Kroger (leads Victoria’s Secret and Old Navy as VP at Grupo AXO) & Celida Huertas (Positioning Strategy Lead at Enlace): The true revolution in financial inclusion and invisible payments isn’t happening in traditional banking, but in the real economy. Global brands like Victoria’s Secret and Old Navy don’t just sell fashion: they drive millions of omnichannel transactions where transactional speed and embedded financial services define operational success.

  • Their Session: In “Retail that transcends: how to build companies ready to grow,” Kelly Kroger (ex-CEO of C&A Mexico) in conversation with Celi Huerta will provide the framework for startups and scaleups to reach the scale of major brands without losing control. They will address how to implement a governance structure capable of anticipating regulatory risks and optimizing checkout through Fintech technology.

3. Democratization of WealthTech and Active Inclusion Patricia Florencia & Andrea de la Garza (Co-CEOs and Co-founders of Pilou): The true success of financial inclusion isn’t the passive opening of savings accounts, but the AI-accelerated behavioral transition that turns savers into active investors. After holding senior private wealth banking positions at global firms like Credit Suisse, BlackRock, and GBM, Patricia Florencia and Andrea de la Garza left the corporate world to found Pilou, a wealth-tech that democratizes access to investing through radical simplicity and generative AI.

  • In this Fireside Chat moderated by Martha Violante (Editorial Director at Emprendedor and Alto Nivel): “Autonomy through algorithms: The new WealthTech paradigm,” the founders of Pilou will break down a pragmatic business case: how to scale wealth management to the masses while preserving human trust, in a VC ecosystem where less than 3% of capital goes to exclusively female founding teams.

4. From Regulatory Pressure to Technological Advantage Himamauli Das (Sr. Managing Director at K2 Integrity / ex Acting Director at FinCEN) Abhinav Rai (Co-founder and CEO of Niva / ex CEO of Enigma) Phil Lovegren (Director at Banca Mifel / ex US Financial Attaché in Mexico) What happens when a company’s expansion outpaces its ability to detect financial crime? In a hyperconnected market exposed to advancing fraud and money laundering, the answer cannot be delegated to a generic manual. FINNOSUMMIT brings together for the first time on the same stage the top US financial policy designer (Himamauli Das), the diplomat who evaluated its implementation in Mexico (Phil Lovegren), and the technologist building data engines to automate it (Abhinav Rai).

  • Their Panel: “From Enforcement to Infrastructure: How Mexican banks turn US regulatory pressure into a tech roadmap.” An unprecedented masterclass on how to transform regulatory pressure from Wall Street and Washington into a technical roadmap to automate B2B onboarding, accelerate transactions, and shield cross-border operations under the USMCA (T-MEC).

5. The Physical Internet: Liquidity for the Supply Chain Martin Pustilnik (Co-CEO and Co-founder of Mundi) Santiago Molina (CEO and Co-founder of Finkargo) Pedro Bosch (Co-founder of Solvento) Rafa de la Guía (Partner at Quona Capital) Global trade in the nearshoring era isn’t slowed down by physical distance, but by documentary bureaucracy. In this high-impact panel, industry leaders will address the convergence of embedded finance, IoT, and decentralized technology to turn physical assets in transit into immediate liquidity instruments.

  • Their Panel: “The Physical Internet: Liquifying the Global Supply Chain,” moderated by Rafa de la Guía, will explore how to reduce cross-border financing processes from 5 months to just 48 hours, eliminating the operational frictions suffered by SMEs in the region.

DisruptHer: Redefining Leadership and Investment with a Gender Perspective

The growth of the financial and industrial ecosystem in Latin America today demands more representative models of leadership and decision-making. The DisruptHer initiative within FINNOSUMMIT 2026 is not just a statement of principles, but a high-value program with a gender perspective aimed at boosting female executive presence in the sector and in the most dynamic sectors of the economy.

DisruptHer brings together over 30 C-Level leaders and female executives from top-tier corporate giants and scaleups (such as Sofía, Clara, Buk, Belvo, Banco Afirme, Mundi, and 500 Global). This intersection between embedded finance, mass retail, and supply chain allows for outlining governance, risk, and technology strategies that ensure the sustainability and profitability of new cross-border business models.

Strategic value of the DisruptHer agenda:

  • Governance and corporate impact: Panels and practical workshops focused on equipping female executives with corporate governance tools, advisory boards, and financial structuring to scale solid companies in the long term.
  • High-level networking: A space designed to enhance personal and professional connections, as well as mentoring for the acceleration of SMEs and scaleups with female executive directors who currently lead global brands and international funds.
  • Integral dimension of well-being and functional health: Recognizing that the sustainability of business and high-level executive leadership requires caring for the mind, health, and nervous system of women leaders.
  • Workshop: “El cuerpo que factura” (The Body That Generates Revenue): Led by Dr. Joanne Joloy, this space directly addresses two mission-critical issues in the entrepreneurial and executive ecosystem: burnout and nervous system dysregulation.
  • The Authentic Room (in collaboration with Interledger Foundation): A safe and confidential space designed as a closed-door conversation to address the personal, invisible, and emotional challenges of leadership from a female perspective.
  • Transition and purpose session: “From corporate to entrepreneurship”: Led by Erica Lais: Focused on the crucial moment “when success is no longer enough,” guiding career transitions from top corporate management to entrepreneurship without losing personal health in the process.
