Over 1500 investors, entrepreneurs, financial institutions representatives, consultants and high impact executives from 15 different countries attended the conference.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>One of the most awaited topics at the conference was the one addressed by\u00a0<strong><a href=\"\/?page_id=4968\">Alberto Jim\u00e9nez<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>(Product Leader, IBM Watson Commerce) at this keynote about trends, challenges and tools to overcome this challenges in e-Commerce. Specifically, according to Alberto, one of the strongest market trends is the accelerated growth of digital sales that we are seeing these days.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The speaker also pointed out the main challenges that the new trends are posing, such as the difficulties that small retailers face while competing with giants like Amazon and its distribution network.
