Over 1500 investors, entrepreneurs, financial institutions representatives, consultants and high impact executives from 15 different countries attended the conference.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 0.9rem;\">For this Panel we had <strong><a href=\"\/?page_id=4968\u237c\">Julie Ruvolo<\/a><\/strong>\u2014Director Venture Capital strategy at LAVCA\u2014 as moderator, and\u00a0<strong><a href=\"\/?page_id=4968\u5216\">Christine Kenna<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>\u2014Partner of IGNIA Venture Capital Fund\u2014,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"\/?page_id=4968\u29c4\">Adalberto Flores<\/a><\/strong>\u2014CEO of Kueski\u2014 and\u00a0<strong><a href=\"\/?page_id=4968\u5f68\">Gordon Watson<\/a><\/strong>\u2014Partner of Victory Park Capital Advisors\u2014, who\u00a0chatted about fundraising from two complementary points of view, from the perspective of the money that an investor can attract to invest in a startups, and, especially, from the perspective of a startup trying to raise funds.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>At this extremely interesting conversation, the speakers pointed out several positive features of fundraising in Latin America such as the recent change of attitude of international investors towards the region who are starting to see the opportunity that the Fintech ecosystem, especially in Mexico, has become.
