For the 10th edition of FINNOSUMMIT 2026, we announced that we are leaving traditional networking behind to embrace Netgrowing: the practice of intentionally cultivating meaningful connections that generate immediate business growth and tangible opportunities during the event.

At FINNOSUMMIT, success is no longer measured by the number of conversations during coffee breaks, LinkedIn connections made, or business cards exchanged over two days. We understand that, for decision-makers, attending a large-scale event—whether free or paid—represents a significant opportunity cost. Returning to the office with dozens of forgotten LinkedIn contacts or having only reconnected with familiar faces from the ecosystem does little to move business KPIs.

Passive networking is no longer enough

The most impactful business opportunities rarely emerge from casual introductions. More often, they happen when two organizations discover that, by combining their capabilities, expertise, and challenges, they can create far greater value together than independently.

Yet traditional business events still rely heavily on chance for those discoveries to happen.

That is why FINNOSUMMIT 2026 introduces the Netgrowing Labs: curated sessions designed to foster strategic conversations between industries that would not normally interact at traditional events, creating an ecosystem where collaboration happens intentionally rather than accidentally.

Purpose-driven facilitation: Led by Silvana Sacchi

The three Netgrowing Labs sessions taking place throughout FINNOSUMMIT 2026 will be facilitated by Silvana Sacchi.

Silvana is an Executive Speaker specializing in strategy, innovation, business ecosystems, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. Throughout her career, she has led growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and regional expansion projects across Latin America, connecting organizations, technologies, and people to create high-impact business opportunities.

Her work focuses on building bridges between financial institutions, Fintech companies, technology providers, and the real economy, fostering collaboration, innovation, and ecosystem development that accelerates business transformation.

In 2025, she received the Fintech Americas Platinum Award for Digital Innovation and regularly speaks at international conferences on strategy, innovation, artificial intelligence, and ecosystem development.

Rather than acting as a traditional moderator on stage, Silvana’s role within The Prism—our new interactive stage inside the Insights Hub—will be to unlock collaboration opportunities between participants.

She will guide each session through a structured methodology built around three key stages:
