A few days ago we communicated to the Fintech community in the region the unification under the Finnosummit brand of Finnovista’s events, startup programs and Fintech content. Today we want to give more details on why this evolution in our mission.
We are driven by the Fintech community
As we discussed in the last edition of FINNOSUMMIT 2024 in Mexico City, in these times where technology and innovation are taking leaps and bounds, Fintech made by humans for humans is becoming more and more necessary.
Behind every Fintech innovation that transforms finance there is a community of entrepreneurs, executives, investors and leaders who share a vision: to build a better future for financial services in Latin America. Something that, precisely, is what has moved Finnovista and Finnosummit since its founding in 2013, becoming the catalysts of that financial transformation in the region.
Since its inception, FINNOSUMMIT events have been the preferred spaces for all players in the Fintech ecosystem to analyze the needs of society at the financial level, discuss trends, anticipate them and make valuable connections where innovation grows and ideas become actions.
Now, Latin America’s Fintech ecosystem has experienced unprecedented growth. The region has ceased to be a promise and has become one of the main hubs of financial innovation at a global level. Finnosummit emerges as the natural response to the new market demands.
Finnosummit: much more than Fintech events
For many, Finnosummit is already synonymous with the most relevant and collaborative Fintech events that bring together top innovators from across the region. However, our ambition goes beyond that.

In the coming months, we will launch a series of initiatives that will continue to shape the new Finnosummit as the epicenter platform for Fintech content, collaboration and networking in the region; such as Conexión Fintech, in collaboration with Mastercard, and of which you can already enjoy the first episode on demand.
In the meantime, Finnovista will return to its roots, focusing as an innovation and venture capital firm on early stage Fintech. Join us in this new Finnosummit era!
