Luz Adriana Ramírez Chavez has been Country Manager of Visa Mexico since August 2013. She brings more than 20 years of extensive experience in consumer and commercial finance to Visa. Mrs. Ramirez Chavez is responsible for all operations in the country, business development and client relationship management with clients and partners across Mexico. Mrs. Ramirez leads all Visa Mexico efforts, collaborating closely with all industry players, to advance digital transformation, to accelerate the adoption of secure innovative payments technology and to contribute to boost both, digital and financial inclusion in the country. Currently Mrs. Ramirez is member of the board of FibraMTY a diversified Mexican Real Estate Investment Trust based in Monterrey, Mexico. She is also serves as Vice-president of the Executive Council of Global Enterprises (CEEG) and as Vice[1]president of the Mexican Association of Executive Women committee (AMME). She has been recognized as one of the Most Powerful Women by Forbes and Expansion Magazine. Before Visa, Luz Adriana worked for seventeen years in diverse business areas of General Electric and leaded the Latin America’s GE Women Network. She was born in Mexico City, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad La Salle and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, Monterrey.

Arnoldo J. Reyes is currently Vice President, Digital Partnerships, Fintech & Ventures, Latin American and Caribbeanin Visa. In this position, Mr. Reyes leads all LatAm-focused commercial engagements with big-tech partners such as Facebook, Amazon, Google, PayPal, Stripe, and many more. Additionally, Mr. Reyes is responsible for Visa’s LatAm FinTech team, and Visa Ventures investments in the region. Prior to joining Visa, Mr. Reyes was Head of Latin America at Abra.com, a cryptocurrency mobile payments startup whose investors include American Express Ventures, First Round Capital, and NYCA. Before Abra, Mr. Reyes was Head of Financial Services, Market & Business Development at PayPal, where he led PayPal’s market entry and scale-up in 10+ Latin American markets. He’s also held a variety of roles across Corporate Development, Product, and Strategy at American Express, MasterCard, and Grupo Financiero Promerica, a privately-held Latin American banking conglomerate operating in eight countries. Mr. Reyes began his career within the investment banking division of Barclays Capital across the Financial Institutions, Telecom, and Media sectors. He obtained his M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and currently resides in Miami, FL U.S.A.

Adriana is an investor at Clocktower Ventures, a stage agnostic, fintech focused VC fund based in Santa Monica, CA. Prior to Clocktower, Adriana was a Strategy Associate in Chase’s Digital Payments team where she worked closely with all consumer-related payment products to develop consolidated roadmaps, business cases, and strategic initiatives. Before joining Digital Payments, she worked at J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Analyst focusing on M&A transactions across Latin America. Adriana is originally from Ecuador and holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

As a CFA candidate, she also worked as an associate at PwC, BCG, and BlackRock within structured finance and consulting. As a leading finance expert, Malavika has a Bachelors from UCLA, Microeconomic degree from the London School of Economics, an MBA candidate at the Kellogg School of Management. She is responsible for all things finance, accounting and wealth management at Jefa.
