Simon is an advisor to Boards and Leadership Teams on business model transformation, specialising in platform and ecosystem strategy, corporate innovation and venture building. He is currently working with banks, insurers and fintechs on strategies for 'Embedded Finance'.
Simon is a member of the World Economic Forum's 'Accelerating Digital Transformation' working group, a guest lecturer at Singularity University, author and presenter of the New Growth Playbook and co-author of 'Fightback - how to win in the digital economy with platforms, ventures and entrepreneurs'.

Fermín Bueno is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Finnovista, an innovation and venture development firm. We help transform finance and insurance for the better in collaboration with corporates, startups, and entrepreneurs.
Finnovista also designs and runs startup acceleration and scaling programs such as the Fintech Startupbootcamp. He was previously was part of the management team that launched an impact accelerator for startups and a 250M USD investment fund in Spain, where he led investments in Fintech, mobile technology, artificial intelligence, and semiconductors startups. Fermín has also worked as a management consultant in technology-driven markets helping European incumbents overcome the challenges of disruption and digitalization.
Fermín has a M. Sc. in Industrial and Electrical Engineering from University of Seville, Spain and Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan, Sweden. He also holds an International MBA degree by IE Business School, Spain.
